The Black Rabbit
This unique basement venue located on Queens Street is home to boutique beers and sensational spirits. Open all week, transforming into a night club on the weekends, The Black Rabbit offers a happy hour every day from 4-8pm. Sit down underground and enjoy a $10 cocktail or knock back some $6 house spirits and endless Shiraz.
Underground lounge bar, Fifty Five, offers a small spot tucked away in an Elizabeth Street basement location. Here you’ll find great music and a great happy hour every day from 5-7pm. Or if espresso martinis are your cup of tea then head in on Saturdays and grab one for just $13 from 7-9pm.
Located in Hardware Lane, Charles bar is a old school basement venue with velvet curtains and leather couches. This cosy underground bar offers a $20 steak with a wine/beer of your choice on Wednesdays.
