"An eight course Beergustation event at The Rainbow Hotel showcasing some of the finest brews that NSW has to offer. The evening will involve the matching of eight wonderful ales from NSW with some fantastic food designed to complement each other and created by the Rainbow's head chef Daniel Gamboni.
The brewers will be on hand to discuss their ales, with Daniel there to talk about the food matching."

Has to be the Great Australian Beer Spectacular that starts today at Carlton's Exhibition Building. 60 brews have been especially made just for this event, which is unheard of in this country. General tickets cost $39 and VIP tickets are $99 (ACCESS TO A PRIVATE VIP AREA AND BAR. A SOUVENIR GABS GLASS. COMPLIMENTARY FINGER FOOD AND SOFT DRINK, $20 WORTH OF TOKENS TO PURCHASE BEER, CIDER AND WINE).
