MCG

The MCG (or Melbourne Cricket Ground) is Australia's largest sports stadium thats hosts a number of world class events including AFL football games, Test, One-Day and T20 cricket games, music concerts as well as the National Sports Museum. With the tallest light towers of any sporting stadium in the world, its easy to see from almost anywhere in Melbourne.

The MCG is walking distance of the city centre and is serviced by the Richmond railway station, Richmond and the Jolimont railway station, East Melbourne. There are a tonne of great bars, pubs and restaurants close to the MCG that provide some outstanding food and drink specials, cheap beer, and specials before and after the game.
